My journey as a herbalist began at the age of 17. I always had an intuitive knowing that dis-ease could be cured, that the body was designed to heal itself when given the right tools. But life had its way of pulling me off course—Hurricane Katrina uprooted everything, and like many young people, I got distracted. Still, the calling never left me.
 
It wasn’t until my friends, family, and even I began experiencing serious health challenges that I returned to what had always been within me. I started experimenting, researching, and putting my knowledge into practice. Through this journey, I have healed myself from severe anxiety and depression, kidney stones, endometriosis, edema, heart conditions, adrenal damage, severe acne, and more—all by aligning with nature’s medicine.
 
As time went on, I deepened my studies, completing courses over the years and eventually traveling to St. Lucia, where I became a Certified Herbal Physician. There, I was trained to understand and treat the body as a whole, learning firsthand how herbs, nutrition, and holistic healing can restore balance to our bodies.
 
At Sacred Skin Herbals, our mission is to enlighten and empower—to remind you that the power to heal is already within you. Everything we need has been provided through nature. With over a decade of studying the human body, nutrition, and medicinal herbs, we know that when our bodies are properly nourished, illness and dis-ease have no place to thrive.
 
One of our greatest goals is to build a Sacred Healing Community, where we support the mind, body, and spirit. Through love, dedication, and holistic knowledge, we offer organic, high-quality herbs and healing information to help you take control of your well-being.
